Had GT sills damaged by tyre fitter on both sides at the front (£600 to repair - paid by fitters but no apology). Damaged again by different tyre fitters - despite being pre warned, then denied it (£300 paid by me). Hub cross threaded by yet another tyre fitter (£300). After a long and pointless argument, they wanted to pay for the Alfa parts but fit them themselves (what sort of **** did they take me for?!!) - I opted to pay myself for fitting by Alfa dealer. Sills damaged on another two occassions, this time by two different Alfa dealers - hadn't the energy to have another fight so left them alone - the poor sills had been through enough! Incredibly frustrating when you are paying to have work done by people claiming to be professionals only to get left with a damaged car, a fight on your hands, a bad taste in your mouth and a bill for something that's not your fault.
