My limit was 800, there's no way I'm going over that as I know the car, the clutch slip is a new one though, expect 700 just to fix that.

Even if you got it for free, by the time it was fixed up it would have cost more than a good one in the first place.

Good call - if it needs a belt service, suspension, brakes - and worst of all a clutch - its only worth braking for parts, unless you can do it all yourself, and even then, theres at least 600 worth of parts required!

Its a T reg - 10 years old? - its done.

You can get a minter for about 1500 now, not really worth buying a project like this, I don't even think a dealer would bother taking it in part ex.
