Except the rev counter, the variator and 4-2-1 vs. 4-1 exhaust manifold, another difference is that 105 bhp has solid front brake discs and 120 bhp has vented discs. And the 105 bhp didnt have ASR as standard, but this probably depends on the market and whether the first owner paid the extra.

No but one is for sure, the 105bhp engine does not have a variator...neither here, nor in Italy or wherever...

And all TS-es in the 145/6 had variators....incl, 1.4

Btw you can actually feel if you have a variator or not....if you have one, there will be a kick of power around 4-4.5krpm....
