Help stuck spark plug

i have a stuck 14mm spark plug and i need to change it any suggestions how to remove it, it wont budge and don't wanna snap the plug

also anyone know any good garages in south yorkshire for a new cam belt

I assume you have left it overnight with WD40 or similar? - Try tightening slightly before loosening.

If still no joy I've seen someone empty a bottle of computer duster can (held upside down) to cool the plug (making it contract) which worked.

stick them all back in and run the engine up to temperature, then get it out as quickly as possible.

What he said - and bung a load of plus gas down the hole as well and leave for a minute or two, get your gloves on and get it cracked off hot.

Dont remove the plug until you blow all the plus gas out the recess though!

I always do it hot, as there is always one thats tight.

And use a little coppaslip on the new ones!

Dont forget to tighten plugs to right torque 18-28 nm for M14 and 10 nm for M12

that's the price of having plugs for 100.000 km, they grow into the alu head (electrolitical welding) steel and alu don't like eachother ! best way as said is heat up the engine and get them out asap !!!!
and pray when you put tension on the spanner !!!
