Heres a horror story.
My car has been in at the dealers for the past 4 days after taking it in with a hard notchy clutch.
Apparantly, it needed a new clutch, new flywheel, new fork (whatever that is) and one of the clutch bushes had seized and had to be cut off.
It had a new handbrake cable (frayed), new driveshaft gaiter (split), new door nodes on both sides (faulty window drop) and some broken trim behind the back seat.
I'm sure this would have all cost around £2000. Thankfully it was all done under warranty and the clutch feels like a different car now.
I had previously had a new door seal and a boot buffer/stopper under warranty.
All this on a 57 plate GT JTDm which now has only 15,000 miles, and was an Approved Alfa purchase in June with 12775 miles on it.
