Ok, car electrics are far from my strong point but I'm wondering if anyone can help me out here.
I recently removed the centre console from my car (2001 156) to replace a bulb behind the petrol gauge.
Having put it all back together, I have an 'issue' with my indicators.
With the hazard warning button in the 'on' position, the hazard warning lights do not come on. However, the indicators do work.
With the hazard warning button in it's usual 'off' position, the indicators do not work at all and there are still no hazard warning lights.
In either case, if I lock or unlock the car there are no indicator flashes as there used to be.
The only thing that has been disturbed which connects to this are the two connectors on the back of the hazard warning button, but these were removed and replaced in what I am pretty sure is the same position.
Could this be a fuse problem? Or else what's going on? I don't really want to have *no* hazard lights and no flashes when I lock the car...
