Selespeed clutch dragging

I own a 2002 147 2.0 TS. I was using Alfadiag this morning and came along a clutch dragging problem.

I've read the post on how to calibrate it ( but before doing it I wanted to check if the values I see through Alfadiag are normal or not.

I've attached 2 screenshots of the Clutch Actuator Position; in the first one the engine is off, in the second is on. As you can see when the engine is off the clutch is at 31.5mm (ok needs adjustment) but when I turn the engine on it goes to 15.41mm and the clutch starts dragging.

Is it normal that after turning the engine on the clutch moves?

I would imagine it would be normal - As when the engine is running and there is no load on the throttle, the clutch is engaged, even when in neutral!

Sure some selespeed tech head will either approve or disprove of my post sooner or later -

Wabby you are dead right, running engine on a sele means clutch is engaged all the time !!

but 31.5 mm clutch is wrong (28/28.5)
