Re-sticking previously re-stuck side skirts

Excatly as the title states. I re-stuck mine last year using panel bonding glue, however some bits (notably near the front wheel arches) are coming loose again. The stuff is a pig to remove and a full removal of these I would like to avoid if possible.
Anyone have any ideas (or better - any recommendations of someone in the Glasgow area works in a body shop and would like a wee 'homer') as to how best approach this? I thought they were re-stuck for life but seems I was wrong . . . . .

Most people that have successfully re-stuck their sills, used Tiger Seal. Others say windscreen bonding stuff is perfect for this too but VERY unforgiving cos you only get one chance to do it. Once stuck down, ain't coming off in one piece.

I haven't seen the side-skirts in question, but generally I would use 3M trim tape - with the red backing, not green - it's a very strong double-sided tape, far stronger than usual. Works best when the surface is smooth.

First of course you must get rid of all the existing adhesive... MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone) is a useful solvent for that, but it's a long, slow job...
