I have the Cloverleaf which is pretty much identical apart from the badges, glad you are enjoying it!
Sadly in terms of ride there isn't much that can be done without breaking the bank but..
I found that maxing out the tyre pressures to 2.8/2.7 bar does help a bit, but this obviously this has an impact on grip and you need to watch the tyre wear. Failing that, try dropping from those skinny 18's to 17s or 16's if you can bear the gap!
On a car as new as yours the only thing that is going to make a really significant difference is suspension; in terms of comfort/ride Koni FSD's are excepted as being as probably the best solution. There is a lot of debate whether they are best matched with the "traditional" Eibach's , Koni's native springs or even the stock springs. I'm happy with my FSD/Eibach pairing but this massively subjective and it is still a bit skittery over really bad surfaces but John @ Mango's did comment that it was much improved over stock when he drove it..
If you REALLY now what you doing with setting up suspension (or know someone who does) then you probably could get a better match with adjustables, but there is more than a little trial and error involved and personally I couldn't be without the car for any length of time for work..
Sorry for the good news/bad news!
