No it has a new front, read all of the post, it's a category D write off that's been put back on the road. Whether that's dodgy or not is up to the buyer to find out, obviously the buyer wasn't keen on what he's bought and wants to shift it on. Basically, there's nothing wrong with buying a Cat D write off as long as the price reflects this, in this case I don't personally think it does. Thee's plenty on here thinking it might be a decent car with the problems sorted out, but to me, it just isn't right. The front end is entirely wrong and on that basis I just wouldn't buy it. I had an 04 facelift model similar to this before my 159. Of course it had the facelift front end on it and had the 150HP engine, drove beautifully and looked the part too, because in my opinion the facelift front end looks better than the pre facelift models.
Personally I think Karlosss should have shifted it to the webuyanycar merchants not revealed the faults and hope they didn't spot them either, they deserve being fleeced, only problem with that is some other mug would end up buying it further down the line. Perhaps Karloss should just front end it into a brick wall and then his insurance company can put the correct front end on, sort the suspension out and everyone may end up happy that the car looks like it should!
