High Revs 156.
We had the same problem last year with ours, as it was revving very high on its own.
It happened after i had changed the MAF sensor, and i took off and cleaned the throttle body, as we were experiencing problems with the car originally revving up and down on its own.
I tried changing the whole throttle body complete with actuator, and re-setting ECU, but still no change.
In the end had to get it towed to an independent specialist, who put it on the cumputer, and it sorted the problem in now time at all.
It seems that when wiring connections are disconnected or the actuator is removed from the throttle body, that it alters the ECU settings.
Best thing is to put the throttle body and actuator back on the car, and get it to a specialist, and tell them exactly what you have taken off, taken appart or done.
All the best.
