Misfiring Cylinders on 3.2 GT 2004/54

This is for a work mate.

He owns a 54 plate 3.2 GT, of which has 58k.

He has had his mangement light on, I have managed to read the error codes and reset the engine managment light with my Autel.

Can anyone give me guidance of what would cause misfiring of 3 cylinders. The GT drives, with obviously no power. When at idle it runs from cold at about 900 rpm, but runs lumpy if you know what I mean.

The errors were misfire in cyl 3,5,1

Would this be a cam sensor issue or something else??

Current :
Alfa 159 1.8 Turismo Sport
