147 2.0 revving issue!

I've realized that when the car is at optimal operating temperature, 90deg, the revs has a slight lag when I depress the cluch to select a gear.

I'd drive in 1st gear up to 3500rpm and then depress the clutch to select 2cnd gear, but the revs would stay at 3500rpm for a second then fall...

what could the problem be?

As soon as the car is switched off...it dissapears and would reapear again in some time.

help would be appreciated.
