Halfway through mine today I have fitted Bilstiens on standard springs .
N\side is finished , no drama just use a load of ease it & a 1 metre break bar on the lower bolt allen key ,why they used allen bolts I'll never know along with the Steel/alloy corrosion issue's. I find the top spring seat a strange design & can be a bit of a nause when you come to compress the spring as they are very strong & long, it seems to get very close to the spring at an odd angle but anyway its in. When yoy reassmble use some good copper grease on the bolts shaft & threads.
Just found the top balljoint on the Offside is US so will collect the part £53 from Eurocarparts ,not bad & will finish off tomorrow.
