External source for Connect Nav+

Hi all, I've been looking around the forums, and the t'interweb to find out if there's a way of connecting an external sound source (preferably an MP3 player) to the Connect Nav system in my wife's 147 (2002). I've come across the Loudlink, but it seems a bit pricey and I'm not convinced it'll plug into the Connect Nav. Her previous 147 had the standard Blaupunkt CD/radio, to which I had connected a 10 disk CD changer.

Is it possible to connect the same CD changer and cable (which I removed from the other car post-write off) to the Connect Nav? If not, is there a decent alternative anywhere? With so many radio stations around, FM modulators don't really seem feasible as she drives around a fair bit.

Any ideas appreciated...
