147 towbar - anyone got one fitted?

Don't want the roof bars from my old car to spoil the lines of the 147 hence towbar mounted bike carrier....

Has anyone had a towbar fitted which did not require cutting of the rear bumper - even the bits you cannot see? If yes, which brand did you get fitted?

Finally, what did you get done to ensure you corrosion issues where towbar bolted to body?

I'm thinking sealant and much waxoyl...

Fitted one to a 156, it's detachable so you remove the ball when not in use. If ypu are handy with a drill it's quite easy to fit.

Yes I have one fitted and it looks brilliant (well as far as tobars go of course!). Mine is the Brink Ellebi detachable and there is no bumper cut required full stop.
I do lots of towing and its served very well.
I can send you some photos if so desired.

With regards to Waxoyl.....well I considered it but to be honest I ran out of time when I fitted it. I have had the car since new and the bar went on withing a week or so of it rolling out of the showroom.
