Hmmm What else needs replacing?

Hey everyone, about 6-8 months ago I decided I want my car to be like new again and so far am paying out around 150 - 200 per month replacing the essentials...

So far i have had

Cambelt/Waterpump replaced
New Thermostat
Upper Wishbones replaced
New variator
Full Service
GTA intake pipe fitted (sounds great!)
New discs and pads all round

With all of the above its gone in for a new radiator today to hopefully stop the overheating at standstill problem.

My question is... when can I start buying nice cosmetic things for my car e.g. exhausts, GTA alloys etc... I must say the car is now doing well apart from a vibrating noise at 3k revs and ticking on startup for 45 secs.

Is there anything else I should have on my list of repairs that should be replaced that I am not aware of?

cars done about 122,000 so far...
