156 V6 Cam Cover Gasket

After nearly 2 years of ownership I think I have finally managed to pinpoint the small oil leak that has been driving me crazy all this time, it is coming from the front head cam cover gasket.

Most of the oil was on the back of the engine by the filter so I was convinced the heat exchanger wasn't on properly, but then a light clicked on in my head. I run the car without an undertray, so if the oil drips down from the front it will get pushed along the sump and then up the back of the engine by the air movement. Anyway I checked the front of the engine whilst running and saw the leak clear as day - seeping out of the gasket.

Anyway, my question is does anyone have a tightening sequence and torque for the cam cover bolts. Also is the front head the left or right one as the gaskets are unique to each side.
