From memory, I'm pretty sure that the springs on a v6 are different to a t-sparks. I think the dampers are the same regardless of whether its a ts or a v6 but a sport pack damper is different to a non sport pack. Buuuuut, if you go forward on e-per, the replacement damper part number is the same regardless of whether its a sport pack or not. The other suspension components are the same (ignoring the brakes).
EDIT: Apart from possibly the hub carrier. I'm pretty sure its the same on a 2.5V6 as a t-spark but I'd check it on eper first.... chrecked it, it is the same.
I had an accident in a 147 a while back that ended up with me clouting a kerb on the nearside that pushed the wheel back in the arch. I was expeting the subframe to be bent but it wasn't. I was very suprised to find that the cast iron lower arm was! as was the damper.
If its bent to the extent you describe, i'd replace the hub carrier, and check the steering rack and wheel over VERY carefully as well as any other bent or damaged parts.
