Headlight conversion to LHD

Got a 156 Sportswagon 2002. I need to convert the headlights for MOT equivellent in France. Have looked at the units, they are Carello lights & have no pattern in the lens. Does anybody know if it is possible to maually alter the dip to right side without changing the whole unit? I believe that some models have a switch/lever to do this. Thanks

Not possible if they are halogen units. Beam is created by anti lamp and reflector.
