I am surprised that the oil is "black".
However as this car has probably done numerous cold starts and then only driven a couple of test Km's I am not surprised.
My 2.0 TS 147 has done a total of 8,000 kms since last oil change (cars total kilometreage is 28,000) and the oil is a mid to dark brown.
I use Castrol R Synthetic 10-W60.
If the oil is "black" I would change the oil and oil filter now.
It will be cheap insurance.
I would also use a 10W60 Synthetic such as Castrol RS 10W60 and I would make sure by taking a container of the desired oil to them when it is changed and say that I want this oil put in engine.
I change the oil in my car every 10,000 kms or every 6mths and had a early change at under 3,000 kms to get rid of any manufacturing crude etc.
NB Alfa are really recommending a 10W60 synthetic in there cars unless you do not drive the car "sportingly". And if you doddle around in your Alfa then I would definitely recommend a 10W60 synthetic anyway as the oil will get a hard time even then.
Alfa used to recommend a 10W40 Syntetic for "doddling" (driving slowly) around. eek!
