147 going....

It had to happen sometime but its rather crept up on me and like when you put off something you know you have to do it hits you in the end.

Anyway I have to part with my 147 selespeed (2.0 silver red leather)and I cant find a classified area of the forum to post to, so other keen alfistis can have a chance to buy it. Is there one? Is it a no no to post here?

I shall still lurk around the forum, not only because its such an interesting source of all sorts of information but because the contributers have a passion and enthusiasm for their alfas that it makes other forums who mostly consist of the worlds whiniest whingers an embarrasment.

I know that many, probably ultimately all of you suffer from irritations with your cars and alfa dealers probably arent on your christmas card list, but you accept it, its a car, a machine, put together by italians, sometimes on a friday, and you still love it. I certainly do. Keep the passion otherwise its a dull means of getting from a to b.

So from London to Holland, Australia, Malaysia, Malta, Italy, Greece and all the other countries that amazingly make up this forum have a happy Christmas and a GTA new year. DeeVee

You'll have to tell us what you eventually decide what car will replace the Alfa. Of course, you know that no matter what you buy, you'll be in for a bit of good natured kidding, but that's all it will be. As part of the family, you'll always be welcomed, no matter what you drive.

As for a classified section, pull down the main menu on the left hand side of the page. A classified section listed there. I don't know how many people actually look at that classified site, but it can't hurt to post your car there.
