I've just recently starting driving an '03 Alfa 147 2.0 T.S, it's my first Alfa I've owned and so far it's been all good
The car has done 24k miles and seems to have been well looked after, with a full Alfa Service every 12 months, regardless of the miles done and lots lots of reciepts MOT certs etc etc.
I've just noticed today a high pitched whistling sound coming from the engine when the car does over 3000 rpm in any gear. I've done a bit of research and looks like this might be the 'tensioners'? Is this something that the Dealer I bought the car from should cover on it's warranty? Or is this something that I could get sorted myself?
Thanks in advance, any advice is appreciated!
