It should be easy just to run the cable down the headrest post and into the seat back without having to open the seat back. I assume you have to cut open the back of the headrest to fit the screen but I donít see that you would need to open the seat back.
Then just pass the wire in the top of the seat and out at the bottom.</strong><hr /></blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Yeap thats exactly what i was thinking as an alternative to drilling. I had a quick look just before, and felt around under the seats but its solid underneath. Im guessing whatevers under can be removed, just requires taking the front seats off the rails.
Re cutting into the headrests, its really pretty easy. Just make a cross cut in the leather smaller than the diameter of the screen and fold the leather inside. The screens come with a mounting bracket thats larger than the screen, so covers the edges of the folded leather. Newho my installer will do all this. Im just sussing out the installation possibilities so im cluey when dealing with the audio guys.
