any good coolant will do (even Halfrauds)

Almost- the Antifreeze, any good make Should be ok, BUT, apparently it is important that it is mixed to 50% conc, and YOU MUST use DISTILLED (deionised) water, to prevent the system scaling up (its a fragile system - see other threads)
You can get that in big bottles at Halfords too
Have heard though that only Paraflu should be used - maybe it have secret performance enhancing thingys in it, or just tastes good? (any kids or stupid people reading, please dont drink Paraflu)
I must add that when my rad was done, after i questioned the blue coolant, thinking they had put any old crap in, as the original colour from new was yellowy orange. But Paraflu is blue, so when made the car had other stuff (suspect the factory had a supply problem, and prob popped to 'Halfordio' to get some and make do - believe me its quite common in the auto industry to get short parts from a local shop - we even had to get Mazda grill badges from dealer service outlets to fit to the grills we made for new Mazda's, when we ran out!!)
Hold the rear end slide....don't run wide!
