Bleeding the system is pretty easy actually, even on your tod.
But key point, where you lift the clip so you can pull back the flexihose (on the GBox) to expose the bleed hole, afterwards did you push the hose fully back before pushing the clip back down?
I am assuming you did the seals yourself, and then bleed it?
It may be that every tiem you push the clutch pedel you continue to 'bleed' the system (into the bell housing)?
Actually that may be pilky's problem?Especially as clamping that hose solved it - or it could be that slave cyl in the housing is shot, and thats a box off.
Or as a final thought, it could be the conections on the Damper (between the master and slave cyls
