So that locking bolt is pulling at an angle.
How can you say that is safe?

Re: 147 wheel size

If it did break there are 4 more to hold it on, thats the idea of multiple wheel bolts. But theyre all pullung at an angle cos theyre wobble bolts

Re: 147 wheel size

Wobble bolts 'wobble' to enable them to pull at an angle, the strain on a straight bolt pulling at an angle isn't a case of it may snap. it's a case of the stress placed upon it potentially damaging the hub or stripping the thread.

very nice result j4nne.

realise that the springs will 'settle/sag a smidge over the next few hundred miles. they'll also soften a smidge, so ride comfort can improve too, but expect it to end up about another 5mm lower than now.

a wash and some tyre black/gloss, and it'll look fantastic.

Re: 147 wheel size

thanks shiny_car...

now I have driven like 200-300km... so that'll do it. I'll post some pictures after I've washed and waxed the car... then you'll see the result

p.s the botticelli looks even better after lowering the car
