Floor matts that is in the car!

Im on my third round of carpet for my second 156 in 90000km. Just below the accelerator and where the heels sets down
Is I the only one? Or does any one else has the same problem?

If so, what to do?

Tips and tricks welcome.

Yes. They do wear out quickly!

What you do is keep your old ones, and when the drivers one wears out, cut the worn patch out. Then cut the same size patch out of another old mat (from your first set). Put the patch into the hole you just cut in your drivers mat, and tape it in at the back. Give it a good vacuum, and no one will notice!

These have done 40,000 miles:
Can you see the patch??!

I had a really nice set of cannon mats (rubber and carpet mix) from my old 156 (you know you can cut them to size) so these are in now, saving the GTA mats for when I sell it....

My GTA mat's are stuffed as well. Holes right thru the middle.
I hate to replace them as i kinda like the GTA logo on the side of the mat.

Then there is only one thing to do.
Manufacture our own matts with the GTA loggo on them. I dont like rubber matts they are more fore volvos and such. I like to have the feeling from a "carpet" under my feet.

I will investigate and tell you all the price, and maybe even sell a couple!?
