All cars have problems, some you can choose to live with some you can't.
My 146 :- sounds like a Diesel (variator fooked) its only at tickover so I live with it.
Crashes over bumps but handles great so I live with it.
My 166 :- The centre arm rest creaks when I lean on it, I live with it.
Wifes Citroen C5 :- Sounds like a Diesel (because it is) we don't drive it.
Has suspension made out of jelly, we don't drive it.
Looks like it came out a jelly mould, we don't drive it.
Over all in terms of economy, comfort and most relaxing to drive the Citroen wins, but it has been parked in the same spot for 4 weeks since we got our 2nd Alfa
We have had 4 Citroens and can't fault them on build but they are dull.
So live with your Alfa because the smiles make it all worth it.
