More buying advice

Still looking for a car

Looking at a 2001 2.4 JTD with a "slight knock" from the front going over bumps. Would it be fair to say the the most likely scenario would be worn wishbones/bushes? How much approximately could I be looking to sort these things by an Alfa independend?

The car has 130k miles. It being a big diesel, I assume the engine should last a bit longer? What about other components like the turbo. Anything to worry about with that sort of mileage?

Many thanks.
Looking forward to join the forum as an "owner" rather than wannabe

Re: More buying advice

There's a bit about it on Alfaworkshop's Alfa 156 Buyer's Guide.

Plus there's some figures on one of their Alfa Fixed Price Services pages
