147 race setup /spring rates

Is someone here racing with an Alfa 147? I would be interested in hearing what kind of springs are you using (length mm, rate N/mm) especially in front.

It's a vague question,what is the rest of the suspension setup?
For example,standard bushes or rose jointed?
Control tyres or race(slicks/wets)?
Shell preparation(torsional rigidity/stifness)?

The difference in spring rates under the rest of the differing conditions is huge.
A flexi bushed 147 on control tyres will need a lot stiffer springs than rose jointed/stiff chassis on slicks
