replaced clutch/slave cylinder help bleeding 147 1.6ts

hi all replaced my clutch and slave cylinder over the weekend. how do i bleed the slave cylinder? it has a fixed bleed nipple (not a bolt open/close type) the clutch is completely dead just flaps back and forth and no air or fluid comes out the bleed nipple when pumped. There is plenty of fluid in and the brakes work fine. any help will be appreciated thanks henry
