Re: 156 2.4 JTD 20v Multijet Veloce
in the past few months the car market has become buoyant again and cars at auction are selling 500quid over top book, a massive change from 6 months back when they were 500quid below bottom book.
The bargains that we saw 4 months back are not so good now.
It is a 156, so don't pay too much, they do not hold their value like a 147, even a Ti S/W 156 is not worth a great deal at all. That said, the car is low mileage and you need to consider what its worth to you?
Its from a dealer, so its no bargain, if you want a bargain and are willing to go to the auction house - then thats what you need to do, if you prefer buying from a dealer and a warranty thats not worth the paper its written on (most aftermarket warranties) then follow the trand and pay your money.
Above all, if your paying dealer prices, get an RAC (or similar) full check done on it, it could be worth the 300quid it costs.
