RB</strong><hr /></blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">It improves the steering response somewhat. Our SW didn't have one earlier, then I put it on after about three months. The strut brace also helps the suspension to work more effectively.
Say you drive over a bump on the driver's side, without the brace, the impact is channeled through the car. With a brace, it is channeled through the car, and to the other damper and spring on the passenger side. When I had my Integra years ago, I had braces on front and rear. The car felt really stiff, and I liked that feeling. I'm still searching for a rear brace for 156.
Anyway, in short, it works.
IMO, I prefer aluminum one, but it's more difficult to find here. wink
