There are no repair sections available, but the affected areas in the floor are flat and don't usually spread to the sills, so easy to make a panel.
You will find the rust area spreads across under the seat rail too. Again along a panel joint...
I striped the seat out of mine and had it welded in a good bodyshop, but even so it wasn't an expensive job.
You will want to remove any ECU at the front of the footwell too.
You can get the complete front floor panel, but that would be a lot of work to fit.
