147 Xenon/HID lights

Has anyone tried transplanting the xenon lights from a 147 GTA into a standard halogen-equipped car? Are they the same size and shape, will the wiring and electronics stand it, what are they likely to cost as a collection of spares rather than as a factory option?

I know it's possible to retro fit the standard dark lensed headlights of the GTA on to a "regular" 147, but I don't know about the Xenons, sorry

The reflector (silver part of the light) is different between the Xenon and Holgen lights, however the lense (black part on GTA headlights) is the same. Id imagine that to save costs, the lense would b interchangeable with both Xenon and Halogen reflector, however, i strongly doubt u could source a seperate reflector piece, given headlights r sealed from the factory and ur advised never to open up a headlight.

You would have to purchase the entire headlight assembly, or simply buy an aftermarket HID kit like the Philips Utopia.
