Best set up for 156 V6 Suspension

The suspension on my superb V6 is tired and creaky. The usual banging and crashing on poor roads and wallowing about etc. Can't work out if its the dampers gone and/or the bushes.

Can anyone recommend a good suspension kit for the V6 that cures these problems??

Autodelta do a spring and damper package - plus they recommend changing most of the bushes. Anyone got experience of this package? MonzaSport recommend Eibach Springs but say standard dampers should be ok.

Someone out there must now how to sort the V6 suspension once and for all. Or do you just have to learn to live with the nose heavy, oversprung underdamped wallowy/crashy feeling forever.

Shame as it takes the edge off such a great car.
