Wisrute, in Malaysia the AD Chip costs more than twice the price of a Squadra one. With both claiming an increase of 10 ponies, no prizes for guessing which is the preferred chip. There was a thread in the Malaysian AR Owners forum which talks at length about the SquadraChip and may prove useful for purposes of a little more information, knowledge and feedback about the various chips availabe in the market today. Warning : quite a bit of thrash talking in that thread, but nonetheless some useful info about chips, overall. Squadra Chip Feedback
I travel to Bangkok on a frequent basis, and I fully agree with you that driving all the way down from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur is just too dangerous. I would think extremely hard before even contemplating to attempt such a feat! Having said that, I know that AROC Malaysia does have annual sojourns all the way to Bangkok from KL, and that you have met a few chappies from that group eg, Mohan, Tajul and Rashid (from AROC Singapore). Maybe, it's much, much safer to travel in a convoy, though I stand corrected on this matter. Maybe we can meet up when day when I am in BKK.

Mind you there is a bunch of fire spitting, fun loving, straight shooting Alfa owners in that forum, not unlike AO's, or anywhere else in the world for a fact! Hahahaha <hr /></blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">y2k 156, I think that about sums up what some of the AR owners in Malaysia is all about wink We live life only once and so I say, let's enjoy ourselves while we still can. A forum (to us, anyway) is a blow-off valve of sorts, a place where we can release some stress. So if you want to have more than a few chuckles, do check in regularly. On ocassions, you will find fellows who comes sauntering in, spews some garbage, gets flamed really, really badly and exits not knowing what the heck hit them
I think that you guys here are a fab lot too, with some jibbering and jabbering once in awhile. Ok, I admit it that I lurk here ocassionally

I guess there's only so much that we can talk about alloys, donuts, squeaks, silly-speed problems, etc. Hence the imagination does run a tad wild at times
