V6 GT with unexplained clutch problem. Please help.

I need some logical minds running an eye over my clutch problem. I have posted before about this problem but it still persists. Over the span of about 18 months the pressure of my clutch pedal on my V6 GT inconsistently goes from zero to full and everything in between.

I have had the clutch master cylinder replaced, hoping this would solve the problem but no such luck. What is weird is that there is no hydrolic fluid loss at all. When I lose the pedal pressure completely I have the clutch bled and then I get full pressure again, all with no fluid loss. Obviously there is air getting in somewhere causing the pressure loss. My mechanic says that it can not be the slave cylinder without losing hyrdrolic fluid so I am not going to replace that just yet.

I spoke to the Alfa dealer and they have no suggestions other than replacing the master first (done) slave next and then the hosing and see if this fixes the problem. Not very helpful at all.

Are there any logical mechanical minded people out there that can rationalise this problem and point me in the right direction?
