Revitalising saggy suspension

My 156 V6 handles well, but clearly the suspension has gone a bit soft an mushy in it's 46k miles. No knocks or clunks etc to report.
Bu it does crash about a bit over uneven roads.

Can anyone tell me what the best things are to replace on it to bring it upto scratch? I'm going to replace dampers all round obv. Anything else that makes a big difference in anyone's opinion/experience ??

Also can anyone recommend a good damper, and a good place that does 4 wheel alignment?
