V6 GT, a good chioce?
I commute 125 miles a day, mostly on duel-carriageway with about 30 miles of A/B road, I have a Grande Punto sporting 1.9 multijet and I get about 40mpg.
The Punto is fun but rather unrefined and I am missing having an Alfa(I have had 5)so I am thinking of trading it for a V6 GT and fitting a LPG kit.
I think the fuel costs should be less and the running costs more, so total cost is probably fairly similar.
I live in Perthshire and am surrounded by lots of great, lightly trafficked roads so I want a car that will be fun on the back-roads without deafening me and bashing me about when I am commuting.
Is the V6 GT a refined, comfortable long distance car and is it likely to cope with doing 35k miles a year without major reliability issues?
