Never used the Zaino product.
Maybe you should get some
However I know how easy it is to maintain a car with Zymol Ital wax on it.
Much easier than Autoglym (Super resin Polish and protective wax)
Or Meguiars - used the Colour depth enhancer(cannot remember the name and I cannot be bothered to go to the garage to look) and wax.
I know because I had a car that sat in the weather for 7 years here in Melborne (up to 40+ in summer and down to 0 over night in winter) The car was a SEAT Ibiza Gti (red colour). And I found that most protective coatings only lasted a short while. I started using Zymol Carbon and this was excellent and lasted several months.
When I got the 147 I tried the Zymol Ital and found it to be much better than the Zymol Carbon.
It was also much easier to keep clean.
Overall to get a very good finish, the time taken is similar with all products, if you wish to obtain a silky smooth finish, free from little lumps of "crap".
However it is much easier to keep the car clean once the Zymol Ital is used compared to Autoglym or Meguiars.
If any on in Melbourne wants to see my Polish collection just ask.
I only wish that I had bought the Zymol originally. I did not, because I could not see that it was worth the money.
However I was wrong.
I like to keep my alfa's looking good I have been converted eek!
However I am not a Zealot. And realise that what you or others want and are willing to spend can and will be different
The finish obtained when using Zymol Ital is one of a deep luster. It does not produce the extreme wet look of Zaino.
I tried the "The Gold Class" one-go Megiars as used in the test and found it to be bloody useless. After one down pour the water on the the car stopped beeding. (Waxed one day wahed of the next
If someone in Melbourne wants it, just ask, as it is probably still sitting in the Garage.
The Zymol NSX is more like Ital Carbon Wax.
This is good but not as good as Ital.
(Got some Carbon wax in the Refigerator as well as the Ital)
Remember if you are going to keep the car for many years then the Zymol Ital is very cheap compared to a new paint job and will definitely keep a red car looking good for many many years.
At the end of the day unless some one uses Zaino and Zymol Ital on the same coloured cars used and stored outside we will not know which is best.
Maybe someone would like to coat one side with Zymol Ital and the other side with Zaino.
However that is not going to be me
