Guys, this is just catharsis. Here the story: my car have now +/-4000Km. Since new, the driver door was misplaced and, as a result of that, the interior was more windy than the exterior, in any weather condition
. I went more or less 10 times in total to two different Alfa dealers. No one was able to fix it, and the last time was even worse, even if I leave the car for 5 days during a trip to Spain
. Finally, pi**ing me off in the warranty I gave my car to the autobody repairer that I know: miracle, issue is solved, the door is aesthetically well placed, no wind inside at all and the chap done the job in one day
and doesn't want to charge nothing. Now my question: how it's possible that Alfa hire such useless people to take care of the customers?. Two different official dealers, no one was able to do a decent job. I don't know if with other brands is the same, but I can't express how disappointed I am with Alfa customer service. I don't want even start to think what could happen if they need to intervene with more sensible stuff like engine, breaks or stuff like that. My God!
