1) 34k miles in 5 years means probably short trips only = maybe the engine was not always warmed up. I would change the plugs, it is not that big investment...
2) water pump means new cambelt job as well. If the first cambelt was changed after 3 years, the next change would be next year or another 36k miles, whatever comes first. If the waterpump is not leaking I think it can wait for the next cambelt change.
3) Depends on climate, road conditions, how the car was driven... no general advice. Have your mechanic check the play in the suspension. The bushes (suspension arms) might need a to be changed but might be OK as well. Just have a look on it.
