Re: 156 v6 rust

go onto auto trader and try and get another one with smaller milage and in better nic. There was a v6 on there the other day that had been someones pride and joy, engine shone like new, superb leather 'bucket' type seat in two tone red and black, spoiler, looked really sporty think it had only done about 65k fully serviced and was about 4 grand, nearly fell off my chair.

not sure of year but it was a face lift model so 02 onwards.

Re: 156 v6 rust

Serious rust is very unusual on a 156....car sounds like a real "wrong'un".

Depends what age his car is but he'd be better off getting shut and replacing with a better one - there's one in the For Sale section for £600!
