Have the same problem with the second (newer) of my 147 Selespeed's.
Have been told that there is a bulletin from Importer to say that this is "normal" and dealers are not allowed to sppend any time/money investigating this under warranty.
I'm allowing the car to reach 10,000km when i plan to change the transmission oil to somthinmg a bit better (such as Motul). This way I would have given the gears enough time to bed-in.
If the problem persists, I plan to take this up with Importer.
