So there I went to pick it up...
She was ready and waiting. The nice lady who attend me went to get my Bella... and so I wait a couple of minutes till she arrived.
As always I gave a first look inspection... and ****!
There was a scratch with white paint above the rear wheel arch. "Someone just hit with me Bella somewhere"!
I'm a man of peace, and it's not everything that p1sses me off. This did as you can imagine. I can't say if the first reaction was of sadness or hanger. What I knew was that my beloved Alfa had a her paint off. The body didn't suffered anything but where should be fireblack paint theres a 5 cm white undercoat paint showing. As you can see:
Of course that everything was immediately solved and my bella will be painted day 16. But... that was not necessary if someone in the process was a real professional.
The real professional are the people I really trust. That never changed in 12 years, the same times as I am a client there. I doubt that there's a better dealer around. It's just a pity that sometimes someone failed in the middle and it's the one who doesn't have anything to do, who gives the face.
Anyway... I when for a spin and everything seams corrected. All the minor glitches are gone. And she's ruunniinng... the average consumption of that spin was 13.5l/100km... But I lost part of the anger. At least that. 11 year since the last scratch and now it wasn't even me. ****e.
I know other's don't have that luck but even so...
Well, I went out with some friends to cool and I came home just a couple of minutes ago. I droved calmly the last 14 km, not more then 80km/h and for at least 12km. Guess the extraordinary consumption average I got? 5.3l/100km!!!! eek! That's right! I couldn't believe my eyes!!! In 11 months and I never did such a splendid average!!!
I guess my Bella really understands me... and I love it.
