Help 147 Sat Nav system problems

I don't know if anyone here has experienced this... but the sat nav/phone system on the 147 seems to just cut out. Regardless if you have radio, CD or sat nav on at the time, after about 10 mins, it just turns itself off. I can't seem to get the screen to display anything other than the radio channel list or a sat nav warning display.

Also if you try to turn it off manually it won't.

I am presuming an electrical fault?? Anybody else experienced this?
Don't fancy replacing it at 1400

Re: 147 Sat Nav system problems

I think the system has a thermo cut off that would cause it to switch itself off automatically. I wouldn't have thought that would be an issue in this weather though!

For the mix of probs you describe you could try reflashing the firmware, maybe by an Alfa dealer/specialist if you're not feeling brave.
