Connect + nav is lost ?

Hi. My Connect Nav has now decided I'm travelling through Leicester (all well and good but I'm in Lincoln ).No satellites are showing on the Menu.I've checked - no one has nicked the aerial !Anyone have any ideas how I can persuade it to search for satellites or have a wiring diagram so I can check it is nothing simple like a broken lead ? Any ideas gratefully received.

Re: Connect + nav is lost ?

Any luck on sorting this out?
If not, perhaps you will get better response in the ICE lounge.
Sounds like a flaky antenna connection to me, however besides checking the back of HU, I can not give you further ideas.
Good luck!
