Hi to all,
I have recently taken my 147 1.6 to its first serious revision (at 20,000kM). The car has been performing very well, I´m deligthed with it, however there have been a couple of problems. First of all, the airbag ligth has gone on twice, my dealer told me it had to do with some of the front seats parts still being adjusted because they are still too new. That of course is now ok (until it happens again). The second issue, was the oil consumption which was quite high. Needless to say that I change gears very high up but still, every 2000Km I had to fill in a bit of oil, I dont exactly know how much (alwasy SELENA 20K). My dealer told me that it was not normal, so he told me they added some very expensive substance into the engine that would level the oil consumption. He insisted that I should by no means fill my car with oil myself, that they would take care of it themselves and that I should be ok for the next 10,000Km!. I find this hard to believe! I dont exactly know what was that expensive substance they put into it, they called it a "stabilizer". Any comments?

Capri Remember that your car is runing in still! Instead of using 20K Selenia which is 10w-40 Try Selenia Racing 10w-60 you pay a bit more for the oil but its worth it! And then your problems should be fixed let me know!
